Le Batchcooking consiste à réaliser en une session de 3h les plats pour la semaine. Les plats sont stockés au réfrigérateur et il ne reste plus qu’à les réchauffer. J’utilise cette méthode lors de mes prestations en cuisine à domicile, je suis un Batchcooker. Elle donne la possibilité aux familles de se libérer de la charge des repas du quotidien.
